@FitbitSupport yep, every step. It sees the device, gets through maybe half a sync, then restarts a sync. Upgrades just fail after 20-30 min

@FitbitSupport my Charge HR (v102) can’t update, sync properly. Have followed all the articles (reboot, repair, phone and mac, etc.) 😠 HELP!
